PayPal payment method:
When you purchase a subscription plan, select the Upgrade button. New order page will open, you can find the details of the chosen services. After you enter the invoicing details, select the Order Now button and then choose PayPal to make a successful payment. The subscription plan you purchased will be activated, once we receive your payment.
Bank Transfer payment method:
In case you decide to make payment with Bank Transfer, to upgrade or renew your subscription plan, choose your new option first. New order page will open, you can find the details of the chosen services. After you enter the invoicing details, select the Order Now button and then choose Bank Transfer to make a successful payment. The subscription plan you purchased will be activated, once we receive your payment.
What is a VAT identification number?
To be VAT registered as a company or an individual, you need to have a VAT (Value Added Tax) number.
All companies with VAT registration must pass through ascertain check. Companies, part of the EU are not going to be charged additional VAT, but the individuals within the EU will be charged.
Before making a purchase in Sales Machinery platform, the user registered as a company, must enter the company VAT number in advance. This way the client will be able to check the amount with and without VAT before paying.

Additional VAT charge will be added to all the European countries, who are not part of EU: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Vatican City, Iceland,United Kingdom, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, Russia, San Marino, North Macedonia, Turkey, Serbia, Ukraine, Montenegro, Switzerland.
Also, countries from Asia, Africa, North and South America as well as Australia will be VAT charged.
The credit unit is a convenient way (currency) to pay per posting your ad or upgrading the visibility of any ad.
Credits can be used for promotional option or publishing more ads. These virtual funds and not refundable or exchangeable.
Once you purchased credits, you can save future time when posting or promoting an ad, because there is no need to proceed payment, every time you need to promote. You can use the credits, sitting there for promotional needs. The best benefit of credits – valid one year, you can use them, just when you need them.
Where to get more credits?
Purchasing a pack of credits is easy, first login to your account. In section My Profile> Subscription/Credits/Orders> Credits>Order. After filling your invoice data, choose one of the payment methods, then select the Order Now button. You will receive a confirmational email, showing the amount of credits you purchased and the amount you need to pay. You will have an option to change the payment method.
How do I pay for my classified ad?
As a registered user in Sales Machinery, you can access the “ Subscription/Credits/Orders” section in your profile, and select one of the subscription plans, offers the best for your business volumes. In case you need to publish more ads, you can ask for an individual plan, including your additional ads or you can pay with credits.
I didn’t get my invoice
All electronic invoices can be received by email as we are protecting the environment and not sending invoices by regular mail. In case you would like to receive your invoice to a different mail, you have the possibility to change the email for invoicing.
All your invoicescould be found in your user account (you might be prompted to log in first) then click on My Profile > Subscription/ Credits/ Orders> Orders.
What is the bank security code?
When you are paying online, your might be asked for this code in order to protect your bank data and transactions. If you don’t know this security code, we advise you to contact your bank.
